Indoor Adventure Park
The Indoor Adventure Park is located in the middle of our domain. You can park in the parking lot to the left of the park or in parking lot 1.
Outdoor Adventure Park
For the Outdoor Adventure Park, it is best to park in parking lot 2. You can also park in parking lot 1 and then follow the arrows through the forest to the Outdoor Adventure Park.

- Shoes: Closed shoes are mandatory; sandals and flip-flops are not allowed.
- Clothing: We recommend sporty and comfortable clothing; dresses and skirts are not recommended.
- Hair: We recommend tying long hair back in a ponytail for safety reasons.
Does the Outdoor Adventure Park close in bad weather?

We only close the climbing park in extreme weather conditions: snowfall, storms, and thunderstorms. In that case, activities are moved to the Indoor Adventure Park.

After a short safety briefing, you will have 2.5 hours to climb freely.

There are lockers in the Outdoor Adventure Park, but not in the Indoor Adventure Park.
Can I bring my own climbing gear?

For safety reasons, we do not allow personal climbing gear. You will be provided with a harness and helmet on site.

Enthusiastic supporters are of course welcome, but you will have to stay downstairs in the climbing park.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking well in advance. We work with a minimum and maximum number of climbers.

Every minor must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who remains present during the climb. Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

This is of course no problem in the Outdoor Adventure Park. Dogs are not allowed indoors.

If you cancel more than 72 hours before the original reservation date, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel between 24 and 72 hours before the original reservation date, 80% will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the original reservation date, 70% will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 4 hours before the start of the activity, no refund will be possible.

If you reschedule more than 36 hours before the start of the activity, there is no charge.
Less than 36 hours before the start of the activity, a rescheduling fee of 10% will be charged.
Less than 4 hours before the start of the activity, rescheduling is no longer possible.
What if there are not enough registrations?

There is always a minimum of 8 participants in total. If we do not reach that minimum on the booked day, we will be forced to cancel your booking. This will always be done 24 hours in advance. If you have not received a message, the climbing will go ahead as planned. If we have to cancel your booking, the online payment will be refunded.
